また、酢漬けや甘酢にも使えますので、お料理でも大活躍してくれます。

蜂蜜入り玄米黒酢

霧島黒酢製品なら全部揃うのが無添加ライフ玄米黒酢に蜂蜜をブレンドしました。水でお好みの濃さに薄めて（通常は5倍前後）蜂蜜黒酢ドリンクとしてお飲み下さい。

酢漬けやお料理にも

黒酢ドリンクとしてだけでなく、梅などの果実漬け用としてや、お料理に甘酢としてもお使い頂ける便利な蜂蜜黒酢です。青梅の季節なら手軽にできる梅黒酢がおすすめです。作り方は簡単～梅酒の要領で青梅1kgにはちみつ黒酢2本(1000ml）を入れて、冷暗所で半年ほど寝かせるだけ。漬けた梅も美味しく頂けます。
