霧島黒酢独自の発酵技術を使い国産のハトムギを麹の力で発酵させたアミノ酸エキスは、ハトムギ特有の成分に加えて豊富なアミノ酸が含まれています。
今までに無いアミノ酸構成が特徴で、BCAAとアラニンを高単位に含有したエキスです。
ハトムギの持つ力を、発酵分解で最大限に引き出した画期的なアミノ酸補給食品です。
