天然ダシにこだわりたいけど、どうしてもダシを取っている時間がない・・・そんな時に重宝する天然ダシ粉末です。目安として1袋でお味噌汁や麺つゆなら6杯くらいですので、お好みに合わせて調整してください。

粉末ですので、お好みの濃さに溶いてお使い下さい

一袋（８ｇ）の使用量の目安。
●味噌汁　６～７杯 ●鍋物　６～７人分 ●煮物　４～５人分 ●おでん　５～６人分 ●麺つゆ　６～７杯分
一般的な汁物で９００～１０００ｍｌ分です。

使用上の注意	湿気を吸いやすいので、なるべく冷暗所に保管して下さい。溶かしたとき、いくぶん不溶物が残ります。これはかつお節や昆布の成分ですので、安心してお召し上がり下さい。
