まろやかな酸味、軽やかで繊細な味わいの果汁です。他の柑橘類には無い香りと風味が食材の風味を引き出してくれ、鍋のシーズンには食卓に欠かせません。黒酢ドリンクに少し入れると、黒酢の麹臭が気になりません。

じゃばら果汁

和歌山県北山村原産の柑橘で、柚子よりも果汁が豊富で種がなく、地元では邪気を払うといわれて珍重されている柑橘果実です。ビタミンやカロチンが多く含まれ、最近では花粉症シーズンに注目を浴びている、フラボノイドの一種「ナリルチン」が多く含まれています。（１本でナリルチン114mg）
