国産にこだわっている当社ですが、国産以外でも安心できる商品をということで紹介しています。メーカーによっては中国産を国産と言って販売しているところもありますが、村山製油さんは安全検査の書類を開示していただき、ミャンマー産だと教えて頂いた上で品質も問題ないことを確認することが出来ました。
香りも豊かで、非常に美味しい黒胡麻１００%油です。

ミャンマー産黒胡麻

国産黒胡麻の価格高騰で、最近では中国産の黒胡麻を使った商品が増えてきました。弊社でも様々なこだわり製法の黒胡麻油を探したのですが、そのほとんどが中国産原料を使っていました。
お客様からは「中国産以外で比較的購入しやすい価格帯の商品を」というリクエストを頂いておりましたが、今回、ミャンマー産の黒胡麻だけを使った黒胡麻油が入荷しました。もちろん、農薬やその他の有害物質を含まない安心の原料です。

浅煎り一番搾り

食用油を大量生産する場合、高温での処理や有機溶媒を使った抽出を行いますが、そのような製法では過酸化脂質やトランス脂肪酸が発生したり、有機溶媒が残留することがあります。この油は低温で焙煎し、そのまま搾って濾過しただけの未精製一番搾り油です。
安心で風味の深い、美味しくて癖のない黒胡麻油ですから、炒め物や天麩羅にもお使い下さい。
